Kooltherm K100 by Kingspan Insulation North America is a foam plastic insulation that’s engineered for thermal efficiency, fire resistance, and design flexibility. It has an R-value of 8.1 to 8.3 per inch with a zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and a low Global Warming Potential (GWP) value, ideal for environmentally conscious projects.

Certified by UL and Intertek and available with FM Approved options, Kooltherm K100 can be used in urban infill, retrofit, and high-performance building envelopes. It achieves a Class A rating for flame spread and smoke development in accordance with ASTM E84. It also passes multiple NFPA 285 assemblies, including brick cavity walls and architectural panels, and complies with NFPA 286 for exposed insulation in interior ceilings and walls. Choose from three products in the K100 series—K120 for interior applications and concrete sandwich panels, K110 for exterior use, or K110 CB, which is K110 insulation cut to 16 inches for cavity wall applications.
